Two Thirds Beer Co. raise over £3000 for charity
This was thanks to their amazing efforts throughout December where they held not one, but THREE charitable activities! From charity auctions to sweaty Santa bike rides a glorious image), the pledge to raise as much money as possible, was in full swing throughout the festive period.
This neighbourhood craft beer bar even teamed up with Abbeydale Brewery to create a delicious Christmas Charity Pale Ale with all profits going to charity.
All the blood, sweat and beers have enabled them to make this amazing donation to the Children’s Hospital which will be used to fund a brand new Cancer and Leukaemia ward – due for completion this December!
Only opening in late 2019, Two Thirds Beer Co. had an aim to create ‘a bar with a nice atmosphere, for nice people, to enjoy nice drinks’. They’ve certainly achieved that aim and then some, with their amazing charitable efforts to boot despite having to close its doors during lockdowns and kept up with constantly moving goal posts.
When discussing the money raised for the hospital, they explained, ‘It has been an absolute whirlwind of a year since we started Two Thirds Beer Co, full of highs & lows, but this is by far our proudest achievement to date, and we’re so very proud that we could do our bit to help such an important and fantastic cause in our city.’
